Any additional charges incurred during the rental period, such as late fees or damage costs, must be settled promptly. #### Vehicle Responsibility As the renter, you are responsible for the care and condition of the vehicle. Any damages or loss occurring during the rental period must be reported immediately and will be assessed according to the terms of the rental agreement. #### Modifications Guided Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes; however, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure compliance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. #### Limitation of Liability Guided Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
